In the unlikely event of a cancellation of the convention, or a date change,M7 Con Foundation is not responsible for refunding airfare or any other costs other than the payments made directly to M7 Con Foundation for ticketing. Also in the unlikely event, due to weather, transit issues or last minute illness or other reason given by celebrity, an advertised guest does not make their appearance at the convention,  M7 Con Foundation is not responsible for any refunds other than separate tickets specific to the guest autograph tickets or photo op tickets.

Autograph and Photo Op tickets do not give you admission into the convention. An admission ticket must also be purchased in addition to a autograph or photo op ticket.

PASS & TICKET HOLDER POLICIES

Tickets: When you check in, you will receive an armband/badge designating your registration level. Since your armband/badge is your pass to the event space, make sure it is with you at all times. Lost or stolen armbands/badges WILL NOT BE REPLACED. SOME EVENTS HAVE SEPARATE TICKETING not covered by an armband/badge alone and required additional purchase.

 

 

Multiple Registrations: Please note that we will be checking ID during registration at the Con. We must have your first and last name as per your identification in order to issue you your convention armband/ticket.  If you are registering for guests, please send us the names with your buyer name in the contact form on this site.  M7 Con Foundation armbands/badges are NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

 

 

Age: Anyone under the age of 18 *must* have signed permission from a legal guardian to attend the M7 Convention.  No one under the age of 13 will be permitted to attend the con without the accompaniment of an M7 Con Foundation registered legal guardian. .

 

 

No refunds or exchanges will be given for the cancellation of a celebrity guest. Please note that all guests are contractually confirmed before they are announced, however they are subject to cancellations due to work obligations which may occur and conflict with the dates of the convention. This is a rare situation however, in the event that it happens, we have to make sure the show goes on with the remaining guests. In the unlikely event of guest cancellation, any "Guest Specific" tickets (such as photo op or autograph tickets for that specific guest) will be fully refunded within 30 business days of cancellation or transferred for another guest photo op/autograph at attendees request.

 

 

Cancellation/Refunds: In the unfortunate event that the convention would be cancelled, M7 Con Foundation would reimburse the cost of the tickets within 90 business days of the cancelation date (excluding shipping).Or, if preferred, credit will be given for a future convention. If the convention is postponed, all ticket purchases will be honored at the later date. No refunds will be given if event is postponed.  M7 Con Foundation has no financial responsibility nor obligation to compensate ticket holders for any lodging or travel expenses accrued associated with the attending the convention. Schedule and Special Guests are subject to change. M7 Con Foundation reserves the right to change their Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time, without notification.

M7 Con Foundation recommends that every attendee purchase travelers insurance. We recommend that you DO NOT book non-refundable airline tickets, hotel rooms, or other transportation like train or hotel shuttle.
